Peak Performance Training
Effective Peak Performance Training
Much has been written about the “inner game” – the relationship between one’s inner state and performance ability. Studies have shown that mental preparation and self-confidence are as important to performance as one’s “external” training for factors such as skill, creativity, and reduction of anxiety.
The AISD approach has been shown to be highly effective for peak performance in academics, sports, performance artists, writers and business and sales.
The new approach has been shown to be highly effective for peak performance at work, including:
-
Ability to focus
-
Anxiety reduction and "keeping cool"
-
Skill acquisition and retention 3
-
Memory
-
Emotional management
Many businessmen find that their ability to “sell” an idea or concept is enhanced because they are able to achieve and maintain a clear, focused state, while their general performance is improved.
Students have found Peak Performance training extremely important in helping them achieve and maintain a focused, calm, creative state that may have previously been elusive or unachieved. Many have commented on their ability to reduce their anxiety level and maintain their focus longer while taking tests. Generally, athletes have found that their playing is more consistent and more focused, and that they are more able to listen to criticism and make changes in their game.
