POSITIVE THINKING COURSE
“Thinking” is something each of us does everyday, all day long. In fact, we never stop thinking; even in our sleep we still think (dreaming). But not many of us realize the enormous effect of thoughts, thought patterns of our lives and those of other people’s lives.
‘You are what you think’- A simple but very accurate statement. What we say, what we do, what we feel – all have their origin in the mind. The energy of human mind is thought. It is possibly one of the greatest but least understood energy resources of the universe.
In these five lessons we will be more familiar with our mind, our thoughts, feelings, habits, tendencies, and so on. Positive Thinking teaches us to look at what we really are behind that what we pretend to be.
Positive Thinking is an inner matter, a mental attitude. It is a way of looking at life; a way of dealing with problems. Life is no longer a problem but rather a challenge. Positive Thinking teaches us to act instead of only reacting, to get a firm hold on our own life again, instead of being led by others or by circumstances.
